Our Story

The idea of the Pizza Pocket Hoodie was born in 2015. We went to a craft store and poorly cut and stitched together the first prototype you see below. There are too many hoodie and pouch samples to show them all. As silly as it sounds there was a lot of prototyping and experimenting done to get the pizza pouch and pocket correct. Many years of learning the manufacturing process and testing out different materials to make sure the hoodie and pouch combination was the best that it could be.

 

3.5 years after the ideas inception we launched the hoodie on Kickstarter and it was successfully funded in just a few days. The hoodie was talked about all over the world, on radio and TV even garnering the attention of Live with Kelly and Ryan’s Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest and featured on Good Morning America. The Pizza Pocket Hoodie was featured on Food and Wine, Thrillist, Courier Post, ABC news, Fox new, USA Today, and many more. 

Now, our only goal is to share the joy of the pizza pocket hoodie with the rest of the world.
